The Ivan Racheff House & Gardens & Arboretum is a hidden gem in the Knoxville area. The Ivan Racheff House is a national historical landmark. The beautiful gardens & arboretum that surround the house are free to the public and provide a unique and educational environment for children and adults. The Ivan Racheff House is the state headquarters for the Tennessee Federation of Garden Clubs (TFGC).
